Hello,
I am interested in using the Time Spectral method in CFD. I used the configuration file to be used for using the Time Spectral method in SU2, on the github repository. However, on using the config file directly, I got a Segmentation Fault. Am I supposed to do something else before running the code? Please do let me know. Thanks in advance, Rachit |

hello, i also used time spectral method in SU2, but i got a error message called no-physical point, i want to know the theory of this method used in SU2, i wonder if you get any paper of this method in SU2, please let me know.
thanks xiaomi |

Rachit,
I ran the time spectral test case in the github repository and I don't find any trouble. Running the time spectral case is similar to other cases and there is nothing else you need to do in particular. Xiaomi, Are you running the test case in the github repository too? The time spectral implementation on SU2 is based on the paper by Arathi Gopinath and Jameson, here is the citation for the paper Gopinath, Arathi, and Antony Jameson. "Time spectral method for periodic unsteady computations over two-and three-dimensional bodies." AIAA paper 1220 (2005): 10-13. |
