su2 optimization failures

Hi everyone~
I am new in su2. I was doing the Testcase of optimization_euler/steady_naca0012,and I was coming across such errors of
SU2.DivergenceFailure and SU2.EvaluationFailure. Could you help me?

It seems to me a problem with the Scipy installation. Could you please check that it is working properly.

Canopy enthought.com/products/canopy/ is a good option to install the Python packages that you need.

I am having the same problem and I have tried both installing Canopy and installing scipy using apt-get and neither worked.
