About the array CharacPrimVar

Hi, everyone! There is an array named CharacPrimVar in the Navier-Stokes Solver, but I can not find where the CharacPrimVar's value is setted, anyone could point it out to me? Thank you!

Thank you for your reply, I have catch it, the CharacPrimVar is setted in the boundary condition of Navier-Stokers Solver.
