Mechanism for adding source terms to equations?

Is there a mechanism for adding source terms to equations in SU2, analogous to the fvOptions framework in OpenFOAM? I am wondering if it would be worth it to port over a wind/water turbine actuator line model.

Thanks!

I'm not sure what the fvOptions framework is, but you can see the source term code in:
CEulerSolver::Source_Template
in SU2_CFD/src/solver_direct_mean.cpp
