May texts and papers on CFD are directed at high Mach numbers and pushing the envelope . I suspect that there are thousands of GA pilots that would like to model and estimate lift , drag and moment in the < 200KT region . Of particular interest is some method of visualizing the development of seperation and stall onset on different wing planforms and sections. I am building a furio carbon fiber airplane and am concerned about possible tip stall due to aspect ration and the laminar flow airfoil ie NACA 64210 on the outboard section.

The best way to do this is to tuft the wing and go and fly with a gopro looking at each wing and then play back in slomo .

Problem is I dont have navy seal blood coursing through my veins , so would prefer a first cut analysis from the comfort of my study .

If anyone has done something along these lines on SU2 please advise
