Example of configuration file for GRAD_FLOW mesh adaptation

Hi all,

I would be grateful to the community if someone can point me to a tutorial / example on how to set up mesh adaptation based on flow features.

There was a tutorial (#13) which apparently got removed.

I was looking at the mesh_adaptation.py script but since I have no configuration file to start with it is not very useful.

I am using the following settings (modified from those in the config_template.cfg) but my adaptation over a transonic rae2822 is not doing anything related to the flow field.

Is there any other parameter I have to set in the config file that I am missing?

Hi Marco,

1. Do you have a restart flow input file? Have you set your restart flow input file option into your file (SOLUTION_FLOW_FILENAME)?
2. Have you set the "Restart solution" to be "yes" (RESTART_SOL= YES)?
