Roe scheme with low mach preconditioning in the Mach 0.2 flat plate turbulent case?
 

Dear SU2 developers,

Does the Roe scheme used for the turbulent flat plate tutorial case have low Mach preconditioning built into the flux scheme, or is it the standard Roe scheme without any modification to account for the low Mach number?
