Hi SU2 experts,
I am interested in SU2 adjoint capability and want to apply it to my case. However, my case is incompressible flow. Can anyone explaint to me how SU2 works for incompressible flow? Does it have proper incompressible flow solver using Simple algorithm? Or it is using compressible solver with artificial compressibility or similar precondition? Thanks a lot. |

Hi,
See the recent work by Economon and references therein: https://su2code.github.io/documents/...v_economon.pdf You can also watch his presentation: https://su2code.github.io/ In summary it is not pressure based but it is also not artificial compressibility (it used to I believe but not anymore). Cheers |
