Config file: "FREESTREAM_TURBULENCEINTENSITY" in % or ratio
 
I am using the SST model in SU2 for computation of turbulent flow over a flat plate. The free-stream turbulence intensity of the fluid-flow I am computing is 3%. In the config.cfg file, whether I have to provide the free-stream value of turbulence intensity ("FREESTREAM_TURBULENCEINTENSITY") as 0.03 or 3.0?

If you check transition plate tutorial on SU2 website it shows 0.18% turbulent intensity to be entered as 0.18.

But if you check the value of Turb. Kin. Energy when you run the simulation it will use 0.18 in following equation. (Turb. Kin. Energy = 3/2 (U I)^2). I feel considering I = 0.18% it should be entered as 0.0018.

It will be great if someone else can confirm about this confusion.

It is indeed like you are saying, 0.18% has to be entered as 0.0018. Thats a mistake in the tutorial case ...
