Hi, I am a complete newbie to SU and would like a little help

I have made several FFD_boxes adjacent to eachother (one for each section of my swept wing) and I wish to twist one side of a box together with the touching side of the box next to it. Thus in effect twisting each section rib.

The boxes are aligned with the ribs that are aligned with the freestream (not perpendicular with 1/4chord).

I assume I need to use
DV_KIND= FFD_TWIST

and in
% - FFD_TWIST ( FFD_BoxTag, j_Ind, x_Orig, y_Orig, z_Orig, x_End, y_End, z_End )
DV_PARAM =
I have defined the start and end points of the twist axes (= 1/4 chord) for each box

But I have been unable to figure out how to set up the rest to get the called for behaviour, does j_Index have something to do with that? I dont understand how that value is used.

In hope of help,
marco
