SU2 v7.0 screen output
 

In the previous version of SU2, (6.2.0 I believe), the screen output displayed the CFL number and the title of each column every few hundred iterations. This was helpful for me to try and edit my config file to get a converged solution since I used CFL_ADAPT= ON. Is there a way to see the CFL number and column headers in the screen output in the new update for v7.0? If not, I may just use the previous version of SU2 for my simulations.

yes you can display the average, minimum and maximum cfl number using the output fields AVG_CFL, MIN_CFL, MAX_CFL, respectively, or for the history output using the group CFL_NUMBER.
