Im assuming that this python code calculates the pitch and plunge time response of a typical section (correct me if im wrong)
Has anyone used this python code? If so how are we able to use it on a case of our own? I have ran my own typical section unsteady simulations without any python wrapper, simply with a config file and a mesh file and running with SU2_CFD. Also, is SU2 capable of calculating the damping coefficient from a pitch-plunge time history? I have read the ASSESSMENT OF THE FLUID-STRUCTURE INTERACTION CAPABILITIES FOR AERONAUTICAL APPLICATIONS OF THE OPEN-SOURCE SOLVER SU2. report, wherein they have simulated an isogai case A section. But they have not explained how the damping coefficients were calculated. I would like to know how |
