Default semi-impermeable wall condition in SU2

Hi all,
Hope you all are doing well. I am currently working on a simulation that requires semi-impermeable wall condition. I have a tapered wing and I want to set the walls at root chord and tip chord as semi-impermeable walls. Any help would be great!
