create a new geo constraint in shape optimization

hello every one. I know there are many geo constraints in config_template.cfg. However, where should i change to create a new constrains, for instance, i want to set a minimum value of the chord length at different position for a cylinder（i know the airfoil_thickness could be used in the diamter of it)? maybe a simple flow chart can help me to create any constrains flexibly. thanks !!！
