SU2 Grid/mesh movement 3d

Dear esteemed members,

I hope this message finds you well. I am currently utilizing SU2 mesh movement to simulate the behavior of a wing undergoing pitching movements. In two-dimensional scenarios, I have successfully configured the 'SURFACE_MOTION_ORIGIN' option normal to the xy plane, yielding satisfactory results.

However, I now find myself confronted with a challenge as I transition to three-dimensional cases. In these instances, the axis of rotation for the wing deviates from normalcy to any single plane. Despite several attempts, I have been unable to correctly set up the necessary conditions for such simulations. Specifically, I am seeking guidance on how to configure the movement of a geometry along an arbitrary axis, as illustrated in the attached file (where I aim to align the movement along the white/blue line).

I have explored various approaches, including utilizing directional vectors, unit vectors derived from directional vectors, and projection points on a plane parallel to the desired movement. Unfortunately, none of these strategies have proven successful. Additionally, I have experimented with adjusting parameters such as PITCHING_OMEGA and PITCHING_AMPL as components of their respective physical magnitudes.

I humbly request assistance from the esteemed members of this forum. Any insights, suggestions, or guidance on how to properly configure SU2 for such scenarios would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you immensely for your time and consideration.
