Hello everyone, as shown in the attached figure, my case failed during the output stage. Why does SU2 impose a limit that output values must not exceed 10e10?

Hello, I tried changing the turbulence model in the configuration file from SST to SA, and the run succeeded. I am simulating a Mach 6 flat-plate air rudder flow. I can share my configuration file—I would like to understand why switching the turbulence model to SA made the run successful and whether there might be an issue with my configuration file.

This is a limit in tecplot, not in SU2. The solution is to no export omega to a tecplot file. Maybe later during the simulation, the maximum value of omega will drop and you can write omega as well. SA works because it does not solve for omega.
You can also check the results in paraview, I don't think there are any limits imposed. |

I see. I've tried changing the output format in Tecplot but haven't experimented with Paraview yet. Thanks for your answer.
