I am importing the coordinates, variables "u,v,t,p...." from some data file written by my own code

The case is a pipe with some obstacles, see the attached pics

The problem is when I import the data, the variables are well represented but the geometry is just an rectangular defines the pipe and nothing about the obstacles

of course if I draw the streamlines, it goes around the obstacles but the geometry itself is not there

How can I define the geometry of the obstacle ?
Is there some format or something ?

You can use iblank to identify the boundary according to Plot3D
