Showing contour height

Hello

I want to know how can i found contour height in tecplot. Every time i am plotting the contour, tec plot give me the amount of contour not height?
please see image. I want to know for example the height of firs blue contour. http://axgig.com/images/12250672713431801948.jpg

Perhaps you are seeking to show the contour legend -- one does this by clicking on the small box next to word "Contour" in the left hand menu, then click on the "Legend" tab, then click on "Show Contour Legend"
