Hey,

is it possible to change the Variable name in the contour legend? E.g. I'm plotting a contour of velocity magnitude called "mag" (my variable) - but I want the legend to say "Velocity Magnitude" for publication purposes...

Cheers

One way to resolve your question is to change the variable name. You can do this in Tecplot by clicking on Data>>Data Set Info… In the menu that opens highlight the variable name “mag”, and then change the name to “Velocity Magnitude” in the Variable Name box.
