Gents,
I have a CFD solution and I need to extract the properties along a number of equally spaced streamlines. I would like to look at about 100 to 1000 streamlines. What software would I be using the do that? Techplot? Paraview? It would be absolutely great if you could give me some help. I'm unsure how straight forward this will be, since some streamlines in the solution simply "stop" at the wall, here an example: |

In Tecplot have your tried the "Extract Streamtraces" feature? To this in Tecplot 360 click on "Data>>Extract>>Streamtraces...". This action creates a new "zone" for each streamtrace which you can act on to gather further information.
