Extract data on a section plane

Hello,

I have a 3D geometry with internal flow and the velocities components. I know how to plot the 3D file of my geometry and how to plot iso-surfaces of each velocity component on th 3D graph. But I new to plot velocities profiles in some sections, for example w velocity on x-y plane... How I can obtain this kind of graphic from Tecplot?? I use Tecplot 360 2008.

In fact I want to get the iso-surfaces projections in a plane so I can have the isolines on this plane... Does anyone knows how to do it?
