Hi Foamers and tecPlot users,

I am attempting to load an OpenFOAM 2.3.1 case into tecPlot 360 EX 2015 R1 using the standard data loader for post processing. The case loads fine in ParaView and yields no errors when running the checkMesh utility. The case runs fine and yields a converged solution after a number of iterations in OpenFOAM 2.3.1.

The domain is 120 degree periodic and hence appears wedge shaped. An outer domain is separated from an inner wedge domain by cyclicAMI boundaries. The inner domain contains a turbo machinery blade and hence a region of high mesh refinement. Given that the checkMesh utility yields no errors and the case converges fine in OpenFOAM I do not suspect the issue lies with the mesh itself.

When I attempt to load the case in tecPlot for post processing, the mesh does not appear to have loaded properly and the patches are twisted over each other. It seems as if tecPlot has difficult in interpreting the rotational cyclic boundary conditions.

Does anyone have any ideas for what might be happening or if anyone has seen a similar issue from before?

Thanks for your help guys
