Hi everyone,

It is great appreciation if someone could help me on the following problem.
I am doing visualization the CFD data based on OpenFoam. I converted foam data to Tecplot form using foamToTecplot360 extension in OpenFoam. I got 3 file:
- InterFoam_grid_0.plt
- InterFoam_0.plt
- boundaryMesh_0.plt (in boundaryMesh folder)
My solver is InterFoam then file name is same as solver.
When I open Tecplot and load data using Tecplot data loader it can load my grid file and mesh file in boundaryMesh folder, it can not load solution file (InterFoam_0.plt).

I do not reasons for that, could someone please help me on this problem?

Thanks

I have openfoam case file.
for post processing i am using Tecplot 360ex.
1. Tecplot is treating T,U,V,W etc as cell centered where as x,y,z as nodes.
In openfoam there is a conversion called celldata2pointdata by this we can find u,v,w coresponding to x,y,z.
In Tecplot how to calculate U velocity with respect to x,y,z .
i have tried data-> interpolate->linear
the error i got is
" all selected variables of the destination zone must be node located to perform the interpolation . Variable 5 of zone 2 is cell centered[/COLOR]. "
would you please help me. how to get U,V,W velocity coresponding to x,y,z values.
2. I have calculated du,dv,dw using equations in data->specify equations.
how to save this data in excel sheet. Again i need max u, max v, du, dv values corresponding to x,y,z values.
Recently i have installed Tecplot 360Ex.
kindly please help me.
