Problem with DDI derivative -- CFD Online Discussion Forums

HorstvanGrass Member Horst van Gras Join Date: Oct 2018 Posts: 45 Rep Power: 7	Hi, I would like to do a time derivative in tecplot. For this I tried to make a derivative from the zones using indices derivatives DDI. However it gives the error that "DDI is not avaible for FE Grid". But the manual refers to FE Grids "For finite-element zones, spatial derivatives are calculated using the Moving Least-Squares technique", this doesn't make sense for me. Does anyone had the same problem? Thx in advance!
