Velocity contour issues

Hello,
I am new to Tecplot and am trying to plot a velocity contour for a quasi 3d mesh with an airfoil. After loading the data, I started by defining the Field variables (velocity vector > U:X, V:Y, W:Z). I then calculated the U, V and W velocities as well as the velocity magnitude. I am then able to plot the velocity contour. However, you will see that the contour is showing that the velocity variation is linear and is clearly not supposed to be. Any ideas if there are any steps I have missed? |
