Hi there,

I have a computational domain with 02 symmetry BC. When I apply mirror zone option on Tec plot, it only applies mirror to one side not on both sides. Do you have any idea how to solve this?

Hi Faizan,

I'm not sure what you mean by your question, but it sounds like you would like to mirror along the top edge of your shape as well? If so, I think you'll need to translate your plot in the y direction until the current max y value is zero. You can do this using the Data>Alter>Specify Equations...
Y = Y - <Ymax>
Then click compute.
Next, mirror over the x-axis again.
Then, go to specific equations again and compute the following (using the Ymax value from the previous equation):
Y = Y + <Ymax>
to get back to the original coordinates.

Yes, that is what I meant. Your suggestion is working perfectly. Thank you very much for your help.
