blackmask will become famous soon enough
Open a new file, say "XY.dat", and fill it with your data, two numbers per line, i.e.,
theta1 cp1
theta2 cp2
...
thetaN cpN
Save the file and then open it with TECPLOT.

This would work, yes thank you
But i have the case and data file from fluent. Which is loaded into TECPLOT, cant i use arbitrary Radius, Radius = X*X + Y*Y + Z*Z and then extract a iso-surface i want. then change the X varible in the XY plot to angle, theta of the cylinder?

i guess it is not conveninent to extract an iso-surface in tecplot, but you can get one in fluent easily. when you get the geometry surface in fluent, you can export the physical data(e.g. cp) with correspoding geometry position(e.g. x,y,z or r,theta,z) into an tecplot file. After this, you can load the tecplot file into tecplot and plot the cp vs theta curve
