colormap in conour plot cutoff

Hi,
I want to generate a temperature contour plot. However, part of the values of temperature next to the colormap get cuttoff. I have tried to re-position the figure so that its far away from the colormap but the values still get cutoff.
This is my first post so please let me know if the question pertains to a different form.

Hello,

It would be helpful to mention which software you are using.
Depending on the software used, it could be helpful to post the question in the forum dedicated to that software.
