Advanced scatter plot
 

Dear All,

I am using a scatter plot to compare the model results to the observations. Usually, I use MS Excel to produce this kind of plot.

However, I found more advanced scatter plots in many publications online and I hope that someone can guide me to the software that I can use to produce plots like those.

Examples of the scatter plots that I need to produce are attached to this post.
