CFD Engineer

Investigation of adhesive dispensing using commercial flow simulation tools, 
Standalone or expert user of Star-CCM. 

Evaluation of key parameters in adhesive dispensing related to material 
properties (e.g., viscosity/rheology), and dispense system parameters.
Validation of simulation through experimental testing on dispense equipment.
Testing and identification of adhesive dispensing to evaluate adhesive dispense 
defects and determine root cause.
Communicate results internally and externally through timely, high-quality 
presentations, reports, and publications.
Leverage and refine existing adhesive dispensing equipment and define design 
requirements for adhesive dispensing based on experimental investigation.
Engage in design development for new equipment: mechanical, electrical, controls 
etc.
Evaluation and identification of mechanisms.
Collaborate with internal/external technical teams and execute technical 
assignments independently.
Generate innovative ideas, suggest fresh solutions, and establish/execute 
detailed technical plans.
