Error with spark ignition model

Please help me understanding the following error, and help me how to fix it.

ERROR #002100075 has occurred in subroutine SOLVE_RKERNEL. |

I had this message once I putted wrong coordinates outside the domain.

Joey, I rechecked the coordinates I specified for the kernel center in the domain. However, I can't find anything wrong with the location of spark.

Is there any other possible reasons you can find for this error?

Thank you.

How did you generate the mesh? ICEM?

geothokar April 19, 2009 03:06

I used CFX Mesh tool for meshing. Ansys ICEM is better for meshing?

I'm a fresh hand in CFX. Could you tell me how they differ?

Since I'm doing combustion modeling, use of right mesh is critical for an accurate model.

Can anyone please help me regarding the error I'm getting with BVM Spark Ignition model.

The error I'm getting is quoted in the first post. I welcome all the valuable suggestions. Thank you.

George
