Ansys mesh for FLUENT software giving unrealistic results, while GAMBIT mesh is fine

I always used GAMBIT for pre-processing and FLUENT for solving and post-processing until now. I am now trying to move away from GAMBIT and instead use ANSYS mesh (the one available in WB) for meshing. For the same size and type of mesh, I see that the results are very unrealistic with the ANSYS mesh. I am unable to figure out what could be causing this. I imported the geometry file from NX into Ansys DM, selected all the bodies and combined them to form a multibody part, so, I am sure there is connectivity across bodies and I see that in the data. However, the results are very different from what I see with a GAMBIT mesh. I already got a validated model with the GAMBIT mesh. I would greatly appreciate if someone could assist me with this situation. Thanks.
