Extremely high Epsilon

Hi there,

I've got a flow domain that is enclosed within walls (a gas turbine combustor) but the value for epsilon is extreme close to some walls where the flow velocity is high.

This seems to be caused probably by the boundary layers I've used to increase density for the no slip condition. This is required for adequete mixing.

The fuel I'm modelling is sticking to the walls as if it were oil, even though the first 6 grid rows are very dense.

Does anyone know how to create an appropriate grid that accurately predicts epsilon?

Thanks Phil

change the model would be better?

sorry, change the model to what?
