How to get fluctuation velocity in LES

How to get fluctuation quantity such as fluctuation velocity ,or suggest some articles for me please:)

In LES you get actual velocities V. Apply avaraging to the output velocity to get Vavr, and to get flactuation velocities just Vfl=V-Vavr.
