Default How to get fluctuation velocity in LES

How to get fluctuation quantity such as fluctuation velocity ,or suggest some articles for me please

In LES you get actual velocities V. Apply avaraging to the output velocity to get Vavr, and to get flactuation velocities just Vfl=V-Vavr.
