Problem encountered in converting Fluent mesh to OpenFOAM Mesh
Hello!
My name is Sathya, I am new to using OpenFOAM. I tried converting a .msh file to a foam mesh, and encountered the following error message: /*---------------------------------------------------------------------------*\ | ========= | | | \\ / F ield | OpenFOAM: The Open Source CFD Toolbox | | \\ / O peration | Version: 2.4.0 | | \\ / A nd | Web: www.OpenFOAM.org | | \\/ M anipulation | | \*---------------------------------------------------------------------------*/ Build : 2.4.0-dcea1e13ff76 Exec : fluentMeshToFoam ICMmiddle.msh Date : Nov 21 2015 Time : 20:47:22 Host : "grytfoten" PID : 2218 Case : /lscratch/satcha/OpenFOAM/OpenFOAM-2.4.0/tutorials/compressible/rhoCentralFoam/doublerefined/meshrefinement/0.59 nProcs : 1 sigFpe : Enabling floating point exception trapping (FOAM_SIGFPE). fileModificationChecking : Monitoring run-time modified files using timeStampMaster allowSystemOperations : Allowing user-supplied system call operations // * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * // Create time Embedded blocks in comment or unknown: |Found end of section in unknown:?n: ( Embedded blocks in comment or unknown: |Found end of section in unknown:? You need to save the mesh in ASCII format, did you try this?
