About gas generates
 

Is this right to set the gas generating rate to 2.402400E-07(kg/m**3.S) and need no other setting? It is in a packed vessel.

This will set a mass influx of 2.402400E-07 * Volume of the vessel.

Either change the patch type to CELL (which =1) or change the rate to 2.402400E-07/(VOLUME)

In The RESULT file under Nett sources you should see the mass flux which is entering the domain...Nett source for P1, in kg/s.
