Inflation mesh with relate to Growth Rate

Hi,

I am working on 3d heat exchanger analysis.

I have given a value in total thickness in inflation mesh( with relate to y+)

As shown below, waste gas fluid domain mesh ( inflation) in vertical is rough/fluctant rather than the around tubes( that is diameter of tubes)

What should I do?

Growth rate/number of boundary layer should be decreased ? or something else?

As I have given a value in total thickness with relate to y+ or boundary layer number,

If I change growth rate/boundary layer , I am going to change total thickness that will be good if you give a valuable information.

Thanks,

Kind Regards,

Show your inflation layer bodies and faces selection as well, then someone might be able to tell why you are not getting the inflation layers at these faces.

and give more general info as well regarding the mesh.
