Imported wavy micro-channel shows too many holes in ICEM

Hey!

I am new to ICEM. I created a wavy micro-channel in Solidworks and imported it in ICEM. The issue is that the geometry appears to have no holes in solidworks but on importing on ICEM, a lot of holes are generated. Tried using the repair option in ICEM. It worsened the situation.

I tried merging surfaces to remove holes which caused issues while meshing.

What options do I have?

Probably your geometry is ok. ICEM is just simplifying your geometry to speed up graphics.
It you go to the tree on the left hand side and in Geometry select Surfaces with your RMB, then you can select "Show Full" and you'll find out your geoemtry is ok.

Regarding your hex mesh, difficult to say. What do we see? Is this the pre-mesh or the unstructured mesh? If Pre mesh, do we see 'Project Edges' or 'Project Surfaces' (look for these options using your RMB in the tree under Pre-Mesh)
