Hi, I have created 3D hexahedral mesh. however there is some problem in mapping mesh on one face and realted. Can anyone please let me know what is the issue? Thank you! Attachment 99024 Attachment 99025

Looks like you have separate bodies. You should "create part" in design modeler, or "share topology" in Spaceclaim so that this is a multibody part with shared nodes and a conformal mesh across the interfaces. Without this, you are just meshing separate bodies with no regard for each other, and each line or face between then will actually be two lines or faces, one for each body.

Thank you. I have created part and it is resolved. but now there are other issues.
1. I have named the faces and upon reading the file in fluent. there are so many interfaces and airfoil is not displayed.
2. if I suppress the interfaces then there is no interior displayed in display window. However, the geometry parts are displayed.
can you please elaborate. what is the mistake again. Thank you
