Polyflow. The problem Preprocessors does not converge.
 

Good Morning Polyflow users,

I keep getting this error message from Polyflow:
"The problem Preprocessors does not converge because there are not enough iterations.
The expert system suggests to change the maximum number of iterations from 50 to 68"

My question is, where is this menu, "number of iterations"?
The only reference to number of iterations I've managed to find is under Numerical Parameters ->Modify numerical parameters for iterations -> Modify the max number of iterations.

Here, I've already set the value up to 300 and I keep getting the same message.

Any suggestions?
