I'm doing ansys simulation on a spray system.Right know i had try to draw my own version of geometry by referring to the journal but it does not seem to work as i cant get the same result as the one in the journal.i had been advised to develop new geometry. From the journal it said that "In the model, the spray is injected into three concentric circles with different radii: 20, 30, 40 mm, based on the average spray plume sizes at the breakup length of different hollow-cone nozzles tested in spray characterisation experiments"

There is options in Fluent to what type of injection (Cone, single droplet, etc.)

.yeah.iknow that i haveto define the injection. But when i just draw the rectangular domain it did not give the correct result. How this spray nozzle part look like?

you dont draw the actual nozzle. Just specify the location and orientation..........

you can also specify an injection type as surface
