How to define a hole as boundary condition in Ansys Fluent using Fluent an mesh only?

Hello all,
I am working on a project "simulation of cold storage" using Ansys Mesh and Fluent. The definition of problem just like AC circulating air inside a room. For that i have to generate two hollow cuboids placed one cuboid internal and the other external. Generated holes on internal cuboid for giving the boundary conditions(inlet and outlet). I generated surfaces on holes for giving boundary conditions. Then the surface and fluid mediums are meshed in Fluent mesh. The Fluent Mesh showing the inlet and outlet surfaces. But while giving this to Fluent Solver, the Fluent Solver is not identifying the inlet and outlet boundaries. Can anyone give the suggestions weather it can be solvable or not in Ansys Fluent. I even changed the surfaces in to solid but still not identifying. (we created the mesh in ICEM CFD and defined the boundaries, then the solver identified and the solution converged. My question - "Is it possible in Ansys CFD Mesh & Fluent?)".
