How to specify a patch on a small hole
 

Hi, everyone.

My calculation involve a very small hole of diameter 1.5mm on a wall of size 0.3m. Initially I specified a patch of name INLET2 on the surface of hole using CFX4.3 Build, but the patch did not appear in the generated .geo file. I must specify some inlet condition in this hole, how to create a patch in this case?
