I modelled spray-drying process by using particle-tracking method. My droplet is salt solution (water +solid salt). In CFX Post particle track showed me the minimum and the maximum salt concentration in the droplet (salt mass fraction in the droplet). Also, it plots a coloured value of this mass fraction.

However, I want to know the droplets salt mass fraction mean value (the salt mass fraction mean value for all tracks) at a certain position or at exit.
