Access the area and normal of the interface in VOF
 

Hi Experts,

For VOF problem in Ansys Fluent, after the position of the linear interface is calculated by the Geometric Reconstruction Scheme, how can I access the area and normal of the interface.

Additionally, I wonder whether the Geometric Reconstruction Scheme is used to calculate the position of the interface at initialization when UDF is used to specify the volume-of-fluid in each cell.
