Simulating open channel flow in ANSYS Fluent

Hi all
I am attempting to model a simple 2D simulation of open channel flow over a bump. Does anyone know of any good tutorials/walkthroughs to help me with this please?
Thank you

If you have access to the FLUENT support website, you'll get the tutorial there.
Else I could send it to you

I am using it on a university computer so I don't know the customer number etc.
What kind of tutorial is it? Do you mind sending it please?
Many thanks
