Velocity representation at exit

I have three ways to represent velocity (left to right in image below):

1. Velocity contours nodal values at outlet.
2. Velocity vectors at outlet.
3. Velocity contours (nodal values are unchecked) at outlet.

Q1. Which is the right way to represent the velocity?
Q2. Why is velocity for 1st case (velocity contours nodal values) zero?

Node values are values at the vertexes. If you don't check node values, then you are looking at face values.

By any chance do you only have 1 cell across your annulus? Then all your vertices are on walls and it makes sense your node values are 0 everywhere because of no-slip.
