How to use different fluid materials in fluent?

Does fluent enable the user to use different materials in one simulation?. I want to model a heating cycle that uses different gasses

The first segment of the cycle, 3NH at specific gas flow rate is used
the second segment, H2 and a 3NH at specific gas flow rate for both are used

how to set these material and how to tell fluent that use this material now and after specific time use the other materials and mind their flow rate?

Is this possible in Fluent?

Probably but it's not clear what you are trying model.

You are saying that you have an inlet where at first only 3NH is flowing? And then at some later time, the same inlet now has H2 and 3NH flowing?

Then you should use a species transport model and change the boundary condition for the species mass fraction at the particular time.
