Air flow simulation

hello folks,
in design modeller, i developed a closed domain (oven) basically involving an impeller in a rotating domain enclosed in stationary domain (oven cavity), necessary operations have been performed like 2 boeleon operations (impeller from rotating domain; and rotating domain from stationary domain). i also took the liberty to scale down the rotating domain by 0.997 to avoid the warning of "overlapping mesh interface..." during fluent setup.

in my mesh, unfortunatly, i'm using ANSYS R19.0 academic so i am limited to 512000 elements but i was able to perform some operations like creating a body sizing(30mm) on the oven cavity; body sizing (10mm) on the rotating domain and also perform refinement (1) on one face and the body of the rotating domain.

in the fluent, my model is mainly steady, turbulence model (relizable k-e standard wall), i set the cell zone condition for the rotating domain, my boundary condition are just wall condition (closed domain). my solution method scheme is coupled.

but my problem here now is my convergence. my simulation is finding it hard to converge. pls i am sorry for the long epistle, what can be done to force convergence.please folks, i need help asap. pictures needed are below.

-1730 rpm. No velocity magnitude since it is a close domain
